Data were analyzed using PSS/WIN 18.0 program. 1. Degree of concern in oral malodor was significantly related to age and oral health education experience (p=0.034, p=0.002). 2. Degree of want for oral malodor treatment was significantly related to occupation and oral health education experience (p=0.055, p=0.032). 3. Self-awareness of oral malodor was significantly related to tooth brushing(p=0.031). 4. Degree of oral malodor was significantly related to age, occupation, and scaling experience (p=0.043, p=0.004, p=0.081). 5. Occupation affected oral malodor the most (p=0.013). Considering the results above, oral health education and preventive scaling need to be strengthened to minimize oral malodor in adults of 20s.
